Five Guys — Restaurant in Town of Colonie

We order from the colonie center mall (Albany NY) we tend to order a lot because we have a big family. Never once have we ever experienced any rude employees, had any issues with the exception of last night. The place was super busy so it was understandable. I want to commend the manager on duty he was extremely apologetic went above and beyond to fix my order that had 1 burger missing and other that was wrong. He is so patient with his employees and never shows his frustration but wants to help them be good at their job. Had a cheese burger with bacon. I added saute'd onions, mushrooms etc. When we got our burgers I had raw onions on it which I hate. When I brought it up to the counter they said they were fine but would replace it. You could see they were raw!!! One of the other workers came up to me and said they probably grabbed the onions out of the bin next to the tomatoes by mistake. The bins are next to each other.
