Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Colonie

I have been going to this DD for 5 years (close to work) people are all very nice but they have a big turnover and are very slow. I have walked out many times because the line is so long and they only have one person working the counter. I have seen many other people walk out as well. When you talk to the managers (you have a big turnover there as well) they always have an excuse which I know is not the truth because I've sat there in the morning watching the people coming in and leaving because service is so slow. Ordered a medium coffee with cream. No cream in coffee so had to go back through the drive through. Clerk hands me new coffee with cream. I tried to hand her the mistake and she was rude and would not take it back. I told her I have no cup holder to hold 2 coffees. She still refused to take the mistake cup she made. She had no problem accepting the debit card I handed her through the window but blamed it on covid that she could not toss...
