McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Colonie

I ordered a quarter pound burger meal and I waited 12 minutes and it came to me uncooked and raw. I went up to counter showed manager on duty and recieved another quarter pounder and it was also uncooked and raw. I told the manager again and showed him the burger he apologized and offered another one. I refused and left the resturant. The other issue was that when arriving at the resturant the manager and a staff person in the kitchen were not getting along. They were rude and not very friendly. I suppose this is why I got two uncooked burgers. I will not be going back to this...

Extremely slow, took us titerally 30mins in the drive thru and there were only 4 cars in front of us. Get to the window and our food was not ready. We only order $13 worth of food. Then we were asked to pull forwarded and wait another 5mins for our food to come out. After getting our food, we noticed our "larger" French fry was in a paper bag like the ones they use for small order of fries. That's not the issue, the issue is typically a larger French fry would feed our family of four. However these new fries in the new bag hold half of what...

I rarely come to this McDonald's, but the manager was very nice and quick. My son had spilled the orange juice and I was embarrassed and asked for a mop or rag to clean it up off the floor. She told me not to worry that she would clean it up & she did! She also gave me another juice. I have never felt so welcomed at a McDonald's since the 90's and she far exceeded her duty and service. I wish I would have written her name down, but I hope she is recognized and knows that she is a true blessing. By the way, the food was hot...
