Submaker 1981 — Restaurant in Town of Colonie

If I could give this place a -5 Starts i would. I recently called to place a Large order for me and my employee's , and when i say the person who answered the phone was extremely RUDE and very smart with the lip ! I asked the young lady for each price for the order so that everyone knew what their meal cost, the rep got upset slammed the phone on the counter, and made a rude comment. She got back on the phone and began to proceed. I then asked her if there was a problem she immediately became defensive stating she has been nothing but nice to me which was never the case. I then asked for her manager, she said why so you could waste her time since its so busy. i almost lost it, her manager got on the phone i asked if i was wasting her time, she had no comment . I hung up on them, they called back i told them i will not order anything from them, nor do we no longer need their services. Caller was very apologetic but i will not order food from unprofessional people. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND...

Seen that the submaker was back open. Wanted to stop and try it out. Convenient cause it's on my way to work. I normally give a place 3 tries before I review but this is needed to get out there. I hope the owner reads this. The service was good. Little difficult time getting my order in cause it's loud with traffic, hard to hear. They have a walk up window. The sub it's self.....very disappointing. 9 dollars for a half sub with barely 2oz of meat and cheese. I asked for lettuce, not alot on there either. I asked for Italian dressing on the side, they put it on the sub and forgot to get me the side. Even for a half sub it was really small. Super nice people and I wish them the best with their business. I will try again in a few weeks. If it doesn't get better I will have to pass on them...

This was our first time here and will be our last. Ordered 1 turkey bacon with lettuce tomato onion and mayo. Took 25 minutes to get my sub. When I got back to the car and opened it up (I always check my subs anywhere before I leave) they had forgotten to put the turkey and bacon on my sub and I just got a roll with the veggies on it. I went back and was given my correct sub finally but when we were eating it one of the pieces of parchment paper that they put between slices of meat to keep them from sticking together was in the sub.
