Fresh To Go Gourmet Deli — Restaurant in Town of Cortlandt

Well foods good but owner is a crook. I started frequenting this location the day they opened made friends witht the owner gabriel. Even did some deliveries for him and menu advertising. (Over qualified for that work did it as a friend) well the other day i had to go in there for some food for a gettogether on sunday. So i ordered 30plus in desserts. Well sunday i arrived to pick up and noone was at the deli on monday i presented the issue to gabriel. Well guess wat he said too bad u missed ur pick up time. Whrn i told him i was going to get breakfast and lunch and he could give me like the 5 dollar balance he said he over paid me when i wrked for him. I responed with so.... New york state law it is illegal for a employer to charge u for their mistake. Long story short had to call the police and report him and now im gping to court for under 40dollars. In my opinion there is no food that good tp spend hrs going to court for a refund.. Its a shame im doing a review like this....i used to spend hundreds in food a week there and all the busness i brought them..... Eat at ur own...

Will NEVER EVER order from here again. The young lady at the counter was very rude and would not let me explain my issue, she just interrupted and gave the phone to manager. I was not even confrontational and even mentioned to the manager that I was not looking to argue, just looking to make it right. He was even worse. I ordered a special but instead of shrimp I wanted Salmon, well I got hummus with my salad and paid $13.00 for it. Manager did not even offer to make a new salad or even just make me the salmon, didn't even do the right thing by his customer. Shame on you guys...You need better...

What terrible customer service this place has! I called and placed an order with a delivery time of 12pm. I called to verify the information and the girl that answered had an attitude from the start. That is definitely not the way to run a business. Poor customer service, lack of communication, ZERO Follow through on their WORD. How unbecoming of them. There are classes for people to learn how to work well with others. FYI this is not the first time we have been treated this way BUT it will be the last!!
