Zio's Italian Deli — Restaurant in Town of Cortlandt

Mediocre at best. It was my 1st time trying Zio's and probably my last. Overpriced Turkey sandwich on a roll with lettuce/tomato & mayo. The turkey was not spread evenly on one of the cut half's of the sandwich so i had to move the turkey over with my fingers to distribute it out evenly. Then I go to reach in the bag for some napkins to wipe off the mayo now off my fingers but I wasn't given any. Sandwich & water came out to almost $11. I gave them $12 and got NO napkins. I frequently stop by to buy one of their AMAZING Meatball hero sandwiches with a bottle of A&W Root Beer and some Doritos for my dad, a veteran living in the NYS Veterans' Home at Montrose. What a delicious hero sandwich! And their fresh mozzarella cannot be beat- so fresh you could slap it!

I had a bad experience at this place because they didn’t let me use the restroom “bEaCuSe Of CoVId.” I completely understand that we are fighting against this bad disease but they should be completely able to keep the restroom clean and disinfected but I understand that sometimes people just don’t want to work.
