McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Cortlandville

No napkins, No straws for the 4 drinks, Food is missing ingredients and condiments. Wrong size of fries, I ordered large got medium. Had this delivered through Doordash, my Dasher was great, went right to Mc Donalds and brought our food. Great speed, great service from the driver. This McDonalds tho? I am tired of them failing to prepare a meal correctly. I see why it only has 3.5 stars, in all honesty it should be just one. How do u forget napkins and straws every single order? Missing bacon on the Dbl bacon qtr pounder, which, ordered extra bacon didnt even get that either. We called them, and apparently they cannot resolve the problem with a refund, or we can come back and return the food and get it replaced. We ordered through delivery for the fact we cannot drive there.

I regret ever having hope that this mc donalds would eventually straighten out but 7 months later and they still fail. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MC DONALDS TO ANYONE!!! If the simple stuff is poor like napkins, correct size of fries, etc.... I am affraid to think what these workers do with their lives and the sanitation of the food and even the building...

Absolute disgusting customer service. Went through drive thru with a mobile app order. A woman signed us in and then when we came to her window she rudely said she didn't have the order and asked what it was so we gave her the order number. We said a lady checked us in through the drive thru. Then she said yeah I put it through but it disappeared then said what did you order... name just one thing from the order. We did. Then she said I am freezing, pull forward so I can take care of the next customer and then I will put my coat on and come out. (50 degrees outside) We pulled ahead. Then a different person comes out and literally throws the food at us. It was the correct order and the money came out of our account. She THREW the order at us. Did not apologize. Nothing. We never yelled or made a big deal about it at all. It was CRAZY to be treated this way. Completely uncalled for and a complete lack of respect. I often find myself getting breakfast here nearly every day. the past week has been terrible, Missing items, cold food, and completely messed up orders. Today, got the Big breakfast with Hot Cakes /sub Bacon for the sausage. Here is what I got : A packet of butter, no salt or pepper, no pack of fork and knife, no syrup and an open packet of jam. For the meal half of it, mind you I ate within 2 mins of ordering: Cold hotcakes, a biscuit (actually warm), undercooked hashbrown (center was ice), the smallest amout of egg ive ever gotten (slightly warm), and half a strip of bacon. I had the same meal 2 days prior same order, No syrup, no jam, everything was hot but the request for sub bacon was ignored and I ended up with sausage of which I really dont care for their sausage. Monday was fine, Got a perfect meal, everything was warm everything was as i ordered and everything was there. Im not sure what happened in the past few day but I have lost any intrest in getting breakfast...
