I forgot that I should leave a review here. Last month, I ordered online. As is normal, I watched the tracking, and then went outside to wait for the delivery, once it said the pizza was done. I mentioned in the "special instructions" section, as I always do, that my phone can not receive incoming calls, and that I would be waiting outside. I waited for a half hour in the rain, only to find out that they cancelled my order, because they couldn't call me. This is not normal policy, and I'd placed many orders previously, without a phone being mandated. That's the entire point of online ordering. And then I tried to talk to customer service, via email, about getting some kind of compensation for that miserable half hour, and nothing ever happened. Nobody got back to me. I do not have a phone which can receive calls. Online ordering exists for a reason. Cancelling people's orders in spite of this, is horrendous customer service. I ordered that pizza because I couldn't go shopping for a few days and had run out of food. I had to walk to Rite Aid to find something to eat. If somebody places an order... deliver...
Read moreThe worst experience ever...if only I could give a negative x 2 star! The manager/franchise owner treats his employees horribly! He actually called his employees f- stupid! He dropped the f-bomb too many times to count all in a span of 5-10 minutes! I can honestly say I have never witnessed anyone being treated like that at their job. As I waited for my pizza he was bad mouthing a customer who was not happy with their order to the delivery driver. I called the corporate office to let them know and as I guessed it is franchise owned. I hope they follow up and do something about that situation because they not only lost me as a customer until he is gone but I WILL be sharing this with as many people as I know. Talked to a woman that’d is worthy of the worst derogatory name you can think of. Now that’s not out of the norm for “fast food” I’ve never reviewed a dominoes even though I’ve never had food delivered in under 45 Minutes, I’ve gotten sick after eating undercooked chicken and the staff had sucked before but this lady was worthless even for a fast food worker and even for a dominoes employee. Fire your staff if they are rude to polite customers and act bothered for having to take a 2 item order and hang up without giving a price or time and it’s a straight up verbal slap to have the nerve to call them back and ask them to finish their one and only job to earn the minimum wage.
