I have been going here, from my work, almost every single day. I ordered my to go order ahead of time, so I wouldn't have to wait at the drive thru. So I get at the drive thru, and my order was not done at all. They made the wrong drinks. The worker just laughed and said hold on. I'm surprised because I have never had issues before. I finally, after 5 mins sitting at the drive-thru window, I get the correct drinks. One of them was a vanilla chi with ALMOND milk. My coffee was also made incorrectly. My friend can not have dairy, because she as a severe allergy. There was dairy in the chi, and she is not doing well now. So I tried calling the store to explain what was going on, and the phone kept ringing and ringing and ringing. No answer. I will be going on my lunch break to get the general managers information. This is NOT acceptable, and very frustrating that no one ANSWERS THE PHONE. Not happy, and after today (even with all the other great workers there) I am hesitate on coming back. Read morePlaced a mobile order for pickup this morning. After sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes, went back in because an item was missing from an order and there was a hair in the barely warm sandwich we received. After explaining the situation and requesting a refund, the very kind employee went to the back to explain to the manager why I wanted a refund. I heard her yell, “she’ll just have to wait.”
Another woman in the restaurant approached the counter to ask about the status of her order. After not getting a definitive answer she told the employee that she just wanted a refund because she had been waiting 35 minutes. He tells the manager who then yells where we are unable to see her, “I’ll give them a refund but they’ll have to be patient.” Neither of us were being aggressive. After five minutes of waiting I left because the manager was refusing to assist and just being audibly rude to the employees in the back.
I ended up leaving without a refund because after being their for 30+ minutes I did not feel like catching the attitude of the manager when I had, what I believe to be, a reasonable request...
Read moreFelt rushed through with our order at the drive through. When we pulled up there were no cars behind us and by the time we finished our order only 1 car was behind us. We asked to have the order read back to us to make sure everything was accounted for but instead they only read back to process total and asked us to pull up to the next window. When our "entire" order was given to us, we were missing hash browns, and creamer and sugar for the coffees (which we did mention to put on the side). When one of us got out if the car near the front of the store to let someone know of our missing order, they were shouted at thay they needed to stay in the car.
