A Diamond in the Rough by Force:
Maybe I've had a rough time with food since moving up here, maybe not, but this place was astoundingly good. The general food fare up in this part of the country is simple; unseasoned, sandwiches, or pizza. So how did this little diner manage to set itself apart in my mind? By just being good! Eating the Philly Cheesesteak (my favorite item off the menu) made me happy, legitimately smiling through every bite - not something even my second favorite restaurant out here can say. I had set my standards and grown comfortable in what to expect, but this shop set itself apart. The food was deliciously fresh, salty, cheesy, and crispy. The aromas were delectable, as were the friendly service and cook! I dream about that sandwich, and look forward to eating it again each day that passes. Go to this place, give them your money. We had a very rude waitress and we also waited over 1 hour for our food which we never received!!! People were coming in after us and leaving before us.
