I love my shed, and part of the reason is my experience with Chris from the beginning stages of this process to the end.

The phone call to inquire - I had to leave a voice message. Chris called back on a Saturday and within 24 hours. The Conversation - • Chris explained to me what and how the shed was made. After I understood this, I told Chris I would need time to find a stone-based platform person to lay the base on which my shed would be sitting. Chris provided me with a name and phone number to add to my list of people and stated to take my time and that he (Chris) would “be here when I was ready if I selected him.”

Jerry, the platform-base guy.  Fast-forward to meeting Jerry, who was just as ethical, upstanding, and straightforward as Chris was.

My decision to choose Jerry was based on my trust in Chris's recommendation. Their professional relationship and shared commitment to quality work gave me confidence in my choice.

Fast-forward to shed delivery  The gentleman had to navigate farmland. There was no driveway to where the shed would sit, and it was about 200-300 feet from the road. It was pouring rain, the kind of rain you could barely see in front of you pouring rain. And, the gentleman who delivered the shed did so professionally and, I will add, very good-natured about it given the rain conditions.

I say all this to communicate how professional and accommodating Chris and his team were in handling my purchase. Chris will keep you updated on the status of your shed build. Chris and Jerry communicate and work well with each other. There was no stress from the start to the end of this project. And, the end result is beautiful.

We originally intended to stick-build a cabin, but 2020 had other ideas. Ended up getting a 24'x24' 2-story barn just like the red one shown on their website and are part way through doing a shed to cabin conversion. We couldn't be happier with the structure we got. Had the windows already, so they framed the openings to the exact size and placement we needed. Upgraded to 2x6 framing. We're almost done with all the rough interior work and should be completed over this coming winter. Since we only have limited time to work on this, having the shell build for us was the way to go.

Chris delivered the shed personally to make sure placement was exact on the slab. The crew showed up 2 days later and got everything set up and ready to go. Can't speak highly enough about everyone at Thee Amish Structures! You will not regret...

Easy from start to finish. Thee Amish Structures, run in tandem for many years by the very pleasant and knowledgeable owners, Ginny and Chris, is a smooth and efficient business. The price was reasonable and the construction, delivery and erection of our two story garage by their hard working Amish (or Mennonite, I forget which) honest partners was quick and easy.

Clearly this is a company that cares.
