The deli at this store is amazing and the ONLY reason I gave it five stars. The deli workers are amazingly hardworking, patient and always have a smile on their face. However, the rest of the store is wayyyy to pricey and the teens that are always cashier's or at least "positioned" in front are rude, have permanent attitude problems and seriousllly I am a grown woman. I most certainly do not need some 16 yr old kid taking my groceries to my car and loading them. It's awkward and uncomfortable and so unnecessary. But maybe you should have the deli workers give lessons to the rest of your unprofessional staff on how to treat customers, how to smile while working (fake it til u make it) or even better: clean house and hire some grown-ups who have a work ethic (which comes with experience) and would be happy to just have a job. Be very careful of seafood, unless you want to become ill! Especially clams and salmon! Prices as advertised are often not offered unless you buy "half a cow". Much of staff are on their cell phones instead of stocking or cleaning shelves. It's only asset is that it's close to village. Owner and manager are absolute a holes! Best of luck!! Most recently the store manager, mike Clark, and the store owner dick clark, harassed an 83 yr old customer who suffers from Alzheimer's and dementia. This Store has been around for years, I've been going there since approx 1996, it is family owned and operated. The owners are very friendly and always busy. They contribute alot to the area, not only for the Excellent Service they provide, but also to the young students from the nearby High School. They hire and train these young people, giving them their first experience in the working world, training them on how to conduct themselves in the work environment, and how to be courteous and professional! !
