I went to view an apartment and someone was still living there. I couldn't see the apartment well because of this and felt very uncomfortable. Upon expressing my concern with Jennifer she started yelling at me mid conversation. All in all, it was horrible experience. How am I supposed to view and sign a lease for an apartment when I can hardly see the walls or anything. I'm not about to start rifling through someone else's belongings, even with her permission I was very uncomfortable. Tried to voice my concern and got yelled at. No wonder the reviews are terrible.
I never verbally abused anyone. Jennifer started yelling into the phone and became nasty towards me. If you spent the extra money to record your phonecalls you would have agreed she was in the wrong. The worst part is, you side with her after SHE verbally abused me and became hostile. Hire better and more friendly people like the other woman I spoke to on the phone with.

I was blown away that I received my security deposit so quickly!! I've never experienced that! I even went to Small Claims Court once to get my deposit back!
I was so grateful that things that needed fixing or attention were taken care of in such a timely manner. Your communication is so awesome, too.
I rented from Dryden Realty before in 2014-15 & also ended up having such a good experience. My brother was diagnosed with cancer & because he had lost his wife recently, I felt the need to go stay with him & help. Kayla was so empathetic & made it so easy to leave before my lease was up.
