Fratello's Pizza Hopewell Junction — Restaurant in Town of East Fishkill

1st I gave the "person in charge" the idea to start selling Italian ice.. he and I know this is true... they sell them in the city for 2 bucks I said I can get you the name of the distributor I said and he said he could get it and I said fine but yeah ppl want it around here. Now he sells them for 6! dollars.! 2nd I go in for 3 slices and I see they have a fresh pie coming out the oven to be sold by slices by the way not someone else's order just incase the "thinking ppl over think" and ask them if I can have the slices from the fresh pie and they denied me the slices saying why would we give you 3 of those slices when we have here 2 slices left from the old (dried) pizza... and I'm looking at him like "are you serious? I'm a paying customer" and this is not the first time having a inconvenience there by the way.... but then they kept denying me a customer the choice to pick what I wanted to purchase...

As a random walk in, the dine in setting was really nice. The place had a nice upscale atmosphere compared to most pizza joints in NY, I came by at the end of the night, but it's a pizza joint, you order, you sit, and eat, then leave. Plain and simple. But what took me for a shock was the gourmet pizza they served were thinking crust and square. For the uniqueness of Fratello's, I had a wonderful time. The slice of pizza I partook in was wonderful. Thin crust, not too heavy on the sauce, and not too oily either. Which to my surprise when I found that the slices of ingredients on my pizza were actually, may I say, "thicc" 👌. Once more, I also genuinely enjoy seeing tomatoes on my pizza, so for me, in my opinion, is a great place to enjoy some...

If I could give 0 stars I would. There is a sever dairy allergy in our household, I order a salad pizza and pasta without dairy, and all was delivered with cheese. Mistakes happen, I understand that, so I kindly called Fratello’s to let them know the situation, I spoke to Hayden on the phone, who claims to be the manager…. And she said “I’m sorry there is nothing I can do about it even if you have a food allergy. Maybe call Grubhub and they can do something about it”. I didn’t argue with her because that’s not my style. So I guess I’m eating my $59.00, not eating dinner and never ordering here again. So disappointing!...
