Patsy’s is one of our go to places for quick bite. Food is always good. The place is clean, super cozy and plenty of seating anytime you want to go. Quesadillas, Pretzel and Fish sandwich….. those are a few of my favorites and also go to dishes. I went to Patsy’s for lunch this afternoon and wanted to point out the worst service I have ever and I have been dining here since they opened. And I hope the owners takes this review seriously because I won’t be coming back anytime soon due to the bad service even though food was great as always. We wanted to sit outside in the patio. So walked downstairs and no one was there to greet us. Noticeable but it’s Thursday afternoon…… the place is no crowded so no one was available to seat us. We grabbed a table outside …. got the menu and the water. Gets interesting from here …. we waited good 20 mins to order lunch while the waitress was sitting down and chatting with some other guests in the patio at their table. If they were her friends or relatives, I get that but you also have a job to do. She was going to grab us some plates but the plates never came . We had to ask for plates to the girl who brought the food. Then we just waited a while for the bill which eventually came but she never showed up again to get the payment. After waiting another 20-25 mins, we walked back in and asked one of the girls to charge the cards. This is not the way to run a successful restaurant. Your food could be phenomenal but with this kind of disrespectful and half hearted service , no one would like to be back. Don’t hire the people that don’t want to work in the first place or so I hear it’s hard to find people these days that...

We usually have good meals here, not this time. First the girl put out the menu. She came back with a young man. My wife was ordering from the specials menu when the young man said no specials at this time and proceeded to take the specials menu away from my wife within even saying excuse me. I asked what time does the specials start, he said 4:30. I looked at my watch and I said it's 4:23, we'll wait. He looked at his watch then said 5:00. I'm guessing they didn't want to be bothered. She ordered the salad with shrimp, she liked it but wasn't impressed. I ordered the chili, it was very good, I also ordered the wings with hot sauce. The wings had a dry rub on them and I'm sorry, they tasted terrible. I ate 3 and left the other 7. It will be a long time before we go back, if I'm spending money there, simple, " I'M SORRY THE SPECIALS WON'T BE AVAILABLE UNTIL DINNER ". Not remove the menu, crossing his arm across her face, without saying excuse me. Politeness goes a long way in the people business and Patsy restaurant needs some quality control on how to deal...

First time trying this restaurant. We ordered chicken fingers with a side of mac n cheese for our 3 kids. They immediately spit out the mac n cheese saying it was spicy and disgusting. I tried it myself and it was in fact very spicy and not pleasant to taste. The same issue with the chicken fingers very spicy and dry. The burgers we ordered did come out cooked correctly and were tasty. My drink which I asked for a coke or Pepsi was obviously a knock off brand or they need to have there system checked The service was not a great experience. We were told to seat our self by the hostes not really sure why walking us to a table couldn't happen as they weren't busy. The waitress wasn't very energetic I don't think she wanted to be there. All in all I will not be returning to this restaurant to eat as there is nothing for my children to eat. If they want to make Mac n cheese better it's literally heavy cream with real chz in a pan salt and pepper and takes 1 minute to make per order. Its definitely cheaper then the spicy canned...

Food is presented amazingly however a few issues here. My steak was advertised on menu as a filet so I assumed it was Filet Mignon but it was not, it was a cheap cut and I ordered it medium and it was so over cooked I did not eat it at all. Also the butter glaze is melted and not whipped like most places. My wife ordered the ribs which had 2 options dry rub or bbq sauce however the bbq sauce is just poured over the dry rub so really not cooked in bbq. Service was great and attentive but weird as woman taking orders and the men delivering them so they just put on table unaware of who ordered what. All in all was a pretty lousy experience. I will however give a second try soon.

This was my first time eating here. I liked the outdoor display, very nice and there is ample parking. The staff/service is young but good and attentive. I never been to a restaurant where the bar is on the lower level, where there is additional seating. The food was delicious and they serve a good amount. I really appreciate that they offer sweet potato chips for the table instead of bread or tortilla chips. I'm a pretzel lover and was happy to see it on the menu. I was in awe as to how big the pretzel was...bigger than my head, lol. The only negative is how loud it gets in the big open space. I would definitely go back.
