Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of East Greenbush

Rude incompetent staff members …. I dropped my daughter off at HVCC and regrettably came to this location I should have said something when I was run up but I also regrettably thought the girl behind the register knew what she was doing she charged me double for sub par donuts …. I am a nurse and days of working at DD are far behind me …. But when I did I never would have been soo rude as these employees were ….no apology for their screw up nothing “given “ to make up for the inconvenience of what should have been a quick donut order turning into a half hour ordeal …. Just my card shoved back in my face and told they supposedly refunded me the 10.22 and charged me an additional 6 my card shows me everything instantly …. I’ve gotten instant refunds on my card …. So now I have 1700 pending on my card for 3 donuts ….. again no apology….. nothing and when I went back to ask why the refund wasn’t I got a sarcastic giggle and girl …. It won’t show up on your card for 2- 7 days …… it’s just rude I felt like asking her if she would like to wait 2 -7 days...

FYI this Dunkin' Donuts claims that the espresso machine shuts down at 9:00 an hour before they close so their espresso is not available. I know this is not the case that it's because the employees cleaned the Special Machine an hour before closed and they don't want to clean it again for someone else who has espresso if a company offers a menu item it should be offered at all times especially a company like Dunkin' Donuts which has many others that offer the espresso option until they close. I drove 14 miles out of my way to come to the Dunkin' Donuts to get one shot of espresso in my coffee and I was told that the machine shuts down at 9:00p. I will never be going to this Dunkin' Donuts again and I highly recommend that you avoid it as well especially when lied to. I'm not sure what happened to the old adage the customer is always right. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been too. I place my order with a female (scissor tattoo on her arm) who could not be bothered to look at me because she was too busy on her phone (I was horrified when I realized she was the one preparing my order). A gentlemen took my payment and was very friendly. The female was not at all. She basically shoved the bag with the food in my hand was walked directly to her phone. Upon exiting this location there was another female working stand directly outside the door smoking marijuana (right in front of the door). At that moment I decided to toss my food order.
