RE: Batman Rises Picture and Sound Quality

Normally we have a good experience with the cinema. We expect high ticket prices and incredibly high prices on food. Most times we don't buy anything in the theater.

Today, however, we had a new problem. The image quality and sound for Batman Rises was less than good and I almost walked out for good. Left twice to complain but no noticeable change was made to the film. Several times the dialogue was incoherent and during the action scenes the sound mix made it all confusing.

Never did an employee actually sit in the theater to see for themselves or acknowledge a problem. Apparantly I was the first to complain. We all go to the movies for great sound and amazing picture quality. That was not the case here. I would encourage all who have had similar issues post here. Am I the...

We came when a bus load of pre teens & teens were going to same movie. We should of been warned by cashier. It was a horrible experience the noise and crying babies was awful and the litter and garbage was disgusting that they left in the theater to be picked up by someone else. The adult chaperones were as bad as the teens. Why the chaperones would bring babies to an adult movie and expect them to behave is just ignorance on their part and no respect for the other patrons. Not a pleasant experience. This was was a PG13 movie. Missed a lot of the lines in movie due to commotion and noise. This should have been a private showing for groups with children...

The movie theater was good. However like I mentioned when i reviewed colonie's movie theater this is not an exception. I am sick and tired of going to the movie theaters and their food is expensive. Also sometimes I don't want popcorn or nachos to eat I want actual food. Yesterday when I went to the theaters I wanted some soup. Unfortunately, you are not allowed to bring your own food at the movie theaters. I was gassy and the soda was not helping me. I will give the movie theaters a 5 when they offer variety of foods and when they decide to give reasonable prices for their food. Otherwise the movie theater is good, clean bathroom and they...
