I work beside this particular place. My one star rating only has to do with my experience with people working there, not their product. To make a long story short, I had been out of town visiting my mother who I just found out had cancer. I was traveling about 400 miles with my little old man Chihuahua who is about 13. I hit a freak snow storm in the middle of my trip back which delayed me so I went straight to work in a building right across from Dunkin. I still had my dog with me of course so I left my vehicle running with the heat on then went inside my job. I work for a cleaning company and I was cleaning a medical facility. I didn't have much time and I was very stressed. When I came out I found that my dog had stepped on the window button which rolled down the window and he jumped out. He was gone. I freaked out and began looking for him. In the meantime the medical people were arriving at their job and they were so awesome! The staff helped me look among other things to help. After I looked the area over I drove next door to Dunkin, when inside to inquire if they had seen my dog. I was distraught and I explained my situation and they basically blew me off. Straight up ignored me and made me feel like I was bothering them. All I wanted was for them to give me the information I heard them talking to each other about, that someone saw someone pick up my dog.. the manager basically wouldn't let any of the workers talk to me. It was just unbelievable to me that they couldn't even give me a couple of minutes of their time. Maybe it's just me but I help anyone I can. Not because I am a better person than anyone else but because it's the right thing to do and because I have compassion. Right or wrong I have a bad taste in my mouth for this particular place now and will never purchase anything from...
Read moreEarly afternoon 3/18/2025. I came in to the store as a doordasher to pick-up a delivery and was treated very disrespectful by an older woman working behind the counter. I noticed that the bags were not sealed and the drink lids didn't have the tamper protective stickers. I politely asked her to put stickers on and seal the bags. She became very snotty with me and said, "we don't do that her." I told her it was standard procedure and that I'm not suppose to take the order without them. She responded very snarkley with, "Well you better tell all the other dashers." and proceeded to start slandering Doordash to her co-workers. First, these seals and stickers are not just for liability purposes, but to help prevent the spread of pathogens. Something I believe a good food merchant would want to take very serious in our post covid world. Second, doordashers don't communicate with other doordashers. We are independent contractors we don't have work meetings and discuss how certian restaurants do or don't follow protocol. Exactly, what was I even supposed to "let the other drivers know?" It's not on us to spread the word about how she doesn't want to do her job correctly. We are all part of this delivery process from vendors to cooks to wait staff to drivers and we should all work together so that we keep the machine going and all have jobs. We don't deserve to be mistreated because someone else's refuses to do their job correctly. I would assume she has a code of conduct as well as a handbook of Dunkin standards she needs to follow. I'd be happy to change my review rating if I was assured that this person is delt with and held...
Read moreI placed a simple order for delivery around $40. The order was about 75% incorrect. I called the Dunkin’ off of Victory Highway to inquire and I was treated so disrespectfully! I was talked over, talk down on, made to feel like an inconvenience and she would absolutely not talk to me and help me to figure out how to resolve the situation. I eventually blew up and I don’t blow up. I demanded to speak to the manager and the lady on the phone said she was it! If someone like that is in charge, I don’t know how the business will stay successful! Someone in a management position should be able to calmly and respectively talk to other people without belittling, ridiculing and demeaning them. A manager should not talk over someone and interrupt them and treat them like less than because a manager should be a role model and a manager should be doing all the things they want their workers to be doing and if that’s how things are there, God bless their hearts! I’m extremely disappointed and upset. I have a bad heart and that manager just threw me into an anxiety attack with the way she spoke to me! Something should be...
