Pasquale's Pizza & Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Gardiner

This will be lengthy because we've given this place 3 tries, the last time hoping 3rd time would be a charm. First time we ordered almost $80+ worth of food and it wasn't a lot either, a large pie, a sandwich, fries and mozzarella sticks somehow came out to over $80. Whatever it is what it is. It took almost 2 hours to get here (we're literally 6 minutes down the road) when it finally arrived it was ice cold as if it sat around for those 2 hrs we waited. And truthfully the food had no taste and seems like they just drop a full jar of store bought sauce on the pizza and a pinch of cheese. They gave us a $26 credit. 2wks ago we go there for my daughter's bday, I ordered a burger rare. I was served a literally raw burger that was purple!! They obviously knew that because when I asked our waitress to please have them actually cook it a little longer because I should've been more specific (not really because everyone knows you can't serve RAW meat) she said with a smirk "I told them they should cook it more but they don't listen." She brought it back on the same soggy roll covered in raw meat and blood. The removal of the wrapper from our straws and put in our drinks for us by the wait staff was a bit off putting as well. We still didn't use the $26 credit because we try to support local businesses, what a mistake. Last night I order delivery again and it will absolutely be the last time ever eating from here. A large cheese pie and a family size stromboli that was burnt to the max and the pizza was probably sitting there all day because it sure tasted like it had and there was barely any cheese not too mention ice cold, again! How does one place consistently keep serving cold, gross food? If I could give zero stars I would because 1 star is...

Unfortunately this location has lost a long time, frequent customer today. Our pretty basic order of two items took over an hour and a half to arrive and the food was freezing cold. This has happened to us before but not in a few months. They offered no apology or explanation for the delay through the app until I called the restaurant and spoke to someone named Joe. He also did not offer any apology after I explained the situation. He just said they were busy. The best he could do was offer a 5$ off coupon for our next order which is a laughably measly offer, especially considering how often we order from there. The pizza also was missing a topping that we paid for. I can understand mishaps happen in the restaurant business but not being apologetic at all to a regular customer who tips 20% on delivery every time is a unacceptable. We will order from one of the many other pizza/italian places in the area from now on even if we have to drive to pick it up instead of...

Have been going here for years, always loved the service and food. Today was an absolutely slap in our face at this place. My wife and myself went in to order a couple slices for dinner, the pizza on display looked terrible. Crust burnt and pizza looked dried out…. Past our better judgment we ordered 2 slices and breadsticks. I don’t know who hires at the establishment, but I would strongly recommend looking into new staff. The person waiting on us takes the pizza out of oven, and proceeded to try and put them in a box. We noticed the pizza burnt, and refused the slices, as we did the pizza maker makes a statement as to and I quote” We send them out like that all the time”. I stated maybe you like burnt pizza but we don’t, and he continues to be disrespectful. At that time we took our money back . Will never step foot back in that restaurant, when you hire trash, they run your business...
