I've visited this Panera 1-2 times a week for 2.5 years, although the staff has never given any indication that they recognize me as a "regular." The quality and taste of the food is fairly consistent, as is internet service. Friendliness and customer service is very inconsistent. A few employees are courteous and helpful; most are indifferent at best and seem inconvenienced or annoyed if asked a question. Cleanliness is always lacking. Tables, drink stations, countertops, and bathrooms are almost always dirty. It does not escape me (and other "regulars") that the more comfortable and inviting chairs near the fireplace have been removed in favor of straight-backed chairs and small tables. It definitely makes the dining room much less inviting and much more business-like . . . which reflects the overall vibe of this Panera. If you're looking for a quick cup of coffee or bite to eat served with a brisk, devil-may-care attitude, you'll find that here. If you're looking for a clean, friendly, welcoming place to linger, chat with friends, or get a bit of work done, keep looking....
Read morePlenty of tables, especially tables next to outlets! I go here to do some work/studying on my laptop, and this location has a lot more outlets than any other i have visited.
Food is ready pretty quickly. I haven't had any problems with a dinner order being messed up, and I usually make several alterations. The only problem I've had is with the sweet selection. I normally go late in the afternoon (about 5pm) and it can be really hit-or-miss. Especially on the weekend.
Staff is pretty chill and friendly. Pricing is what you'd expect, though the upcharges to add something extra have gotten kinda pricey. 3-something dollars to add about 3oz of pre-processed chicken to your sandwhich. Bananas! But I digress. That's not the location's fault lol.
All-in-all, this is a very quaint and cozy location. Good place if you want hot coffee and a warm place to work. Definitely...
Read moreWe like Panera food and the ability to get delivery or curbside. But our order is almost always wrong. Here are our most recent examples. Today, all the chips were missing from our quart soup order (4 bags). Last time when we ordered chips (4 bags), we got 4 baguettes instead. The previous time, the wrapper had the correct label for a blueberry bagel, but there was some sort of egg/cheese croissant sandwich inside. It's kind of frustrating, especially when we usually can't get it fixed. If it's an error with a delivery, you have to call and talk to a manager, and they might send you a coupon. But you can't get your order fixed. Same if you do curbside, but don't elect to return to the restaurant. If you do happen to catch the mistake while you're still there, they'll fix it....after you are on the phone several minutes waiting for a...
