11/3 1920hrs came into the drive thru, no lights on the menu board outside, I pulled up and asked are you still open, the girl stated until 1930hrs. I placed our orders 2 Venti Java Chips double blended, 2 Blueberry Muffins, and 2 Cheese Pastrys. Proceeded to to the window, after I had to ask if I could. The girls name was Lily, a few minutes went by and she came to the window with our Java Chips and I asked her, "are those Venti?" and she knew they weren't so she had to go back and remake the correct size. A few minutes went by and she came back with our Java Chips and they were the correct size, this time... She wasn't pleasant and acted as if we were keeping her from leaving the building on time, and she almost forgot to give us our pastries. Of which she asked us if we wanted the muffins to be warmed and they weren't. The Java Chips were watery, as she cut corners on the process as to how she made these. All because she wanted to not satisfy our request. I'm a Desert Storm Combat Veteran USN, and I lead with that to prove who I am, and what I'm expecting from my local Starbucks barista. Secondly, I am an HVAC Inside Sales Associate for a large Supply House here in Rochester, NY. I know how to satisfy my customers each and everyday, mind you I work from 0700hrs - 1700hrs and beyond daily. I get to work and I'm on the clock at 0645 everyday, I allow myself a 10 minute window in order to turn on my computer and get my coffee, so I'm ready to take calls by 0700hrs. Lily put her wants and needs before ours, and that's uncalled for. I was the last ticket last night, and to get 2 watered down Java Chips was too me a slap in the face. This was the start of my Birthday weekend. All because of poor work ethics, and poor productivity we the customers get the end resultant of someone who didn't want to give it her 100% efforts? I don't care that it's Friday evening and you're open until 1930hrs. If we came at 1929hrs I would expect to get whatever I order and it better be of the correct consistency. There's nothing wrong with making sure "The Starbucks" customer is being taken care of, not Lily's customer and that's where the problem is, a major disconnect between how to Properly Satisfy the Customer, while deciding on staying a few minutes later in order to not have me, decide on Lily's overall job performance. If I were her Supervisor, she'd be done as of last night, due to cutting corners in the process of making our drinks, almost sending us on our ways with small drinks and not warming up the muffins. I'm sure this isn't the first time she's done this, and I'm sure it won't be her last. I'm looking for a full refund as I was throughoughly irritated last night. Thank You, Matt...
Read moreI have a free food reward that expires 3-17-14. I went there 3-15-14 around 1p.m.. Went through the drive through. Ordered a mozzarella/tomato Panini.They came back and said "We don't have any, but we got turkey." Why do they tell me they got turkey??? What does turkey have to do with tomato/mozzarella??? (15 mile an my time). I went home. I went there 3-16-14 and ordered a tomato/mozzarella Panini. They said "We don't have any." ( another 15 miles and my time). He said "I'm sorry." If they were "sorry" why don't the walk over to Walmart, get some bread, mozzarella and tomatoes and make some????? I CALLED today and asked if they have tomato/mozzarella Panini. She said "YES!" I was shocked!!!!! Today is St. Patty's day and I want corned beef. but my reward will be expired tomorrow morning so I should go 15 miles, again, and use the free foo reward. Just before we hung up I asked her "GOOD!, wait a sec.how many doyou have so I don't waste my time an gas again?" ( I told her the story about 2 days no food). She said "I THINK we might have 2." So much for being able to use your free rewards......MORAL....ALWAYS call his store before going to it if you want to order food. Call and ask if they have any AND if they happen to have what you want....remember to ask HOW MANY they have and maybe ask if they can hang on to it...
Read moreDon’t usually do this because I love Starbucks but since this location reopened my drinks are not made well or right. I am very simple and I order the same thing at every Starbucks I go to and have never had an issue. since this location reopened I have gone four different times and each time my drink taste completely different than it ever has. It is not made right and taste completely watered down or something they are also very warm for being an iced drink . I then went and ordered today since I can’t seem to get my usual drink made like it normally is at every other place And I order just a simple iced white mocha. It again taste so awful and I’ve had an iced white mocha many times since that was my favorite drink for years. It was not sweet at all and was very dark and if you know anything about the iced white mocha it’s very creamy and very sweet. I know this seems a little petty but somethings definitely isn’t right. I unfortunately will not be ordering my drink from that location anymore and it’s right behind my house so I’m disappointed. Sorry Starbucks but I can’t keep...
