Bayside Coffee — Restaurant in Town of Gibraltar

If you find yourself anywhere near Fish Creek, WI / Peninsula State Park, do yourself a favor and make Bayside Coffee a planned stop. From owner Bob McDonald to Aunt Mary and everyone else involved in this relatively new venture (2021), and of course the coffee and baked goods (Cappuccino and a warmed cinnamon role today ❤️) everything is top notch! Coffee, tea and other typical coffee shop drinks are available to suit your own desires. The location, the view of the docks and the boats coming and going in Fish Creek Harbor are reason enough to take a little extra time to sit and relax. Add in the outdoor seating and music (reminiscent of a European sidewalk cafe…) and you might find yourself wanting to spend the day just enjoying the experience. I know I did and will definitely add this to our Door County...

THE BEST ICED LATTE I'VE EVER HAD! On my travels, I try out a different coffee place each morning and this is on my top 5! This place is just adorable. The outdoor seating was perfection. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato, I would usually get 1/2 sweet, but I figured I'd try it out as is... it was not too sweet or milky - I could still taste the coffee! My sister got the same with almond milk and it was also delish. Their black drip coffee was nice, too. Breakfast sandwiches were pretty decent - nice and filling. This is a MUST stop on my next...

So much to love about Bayside Coffee. Chili on a breakfast sandwich?! It's simply the best. Latte of the day with local honey?! Yes yes yes!! Admittedly, my first coffee was the Spritz, which I will not recommend. It's just not strong enough. Bayside has such a strong selection that it was easy to find something better, although they offered to remake the Spritz no charge. Top notch experience. Come after...
