Arby's — Restaurant in Town of Grand Chute

Almost a year sincey last review and boy do I regret coming back. 3 stars last year to a major 1 star. I arrived for dinner and it was the only customer. Placed my order within minutes which was to be expected. I take my food to go so I expect my order to be correct. Well the food I received was wrong and the one part that was correct was incredibly subpar. I ordered the 2 for $7 meal and requested both items to be the beef n cheddar. What I received were chicken sandwiches. Then I also ordered the chicken n ranch premium fries. The fries were stale, tasted hours old, and were incredibly tough to chew. Chicken was dried out and to top it all off there was hardly any of the cheese or ranch sauce. Feels like I got the food that was left over from the night prior and that they were nearly out of their sauces. What good is this location?? I went to the drive through before 9pm, as there was a car at the window, to get roast beef sandwich’s. I was told by employee that they were closed due to staffing, as I can see at least 4 employees standing around inside. If you don’t want to serve this area, just close the store. If you can’t even serve your signature item, just go away. I can’t wait until Tom’s is open across...
