I was recently in Rochester to take care of some family business close by to this McDonalds. I had a bad experience 3 consecutive days in a row. June 10, 11, 12 2024. First day ordered a large caramel latte hot. I was asked to pull forward and wait. After a long wait I received a hot unsweetened coffee. This point I was in a hurry and just did not drink it. Day 2 ! I arrive midday with a friend and we go inside. We wait a considerable amount of time and order two iced caramel lattes. After waiting we received two iced coffees with cream? Again no time to argue. Morning day 3. My husband and I order through the drive through . Large caramel latte hot and one large Mocha hot. Again asked to wait in parking space to have someone hand off one hot something that was horrible I handed it back and he later came back with an iced something else. At this point we are 15 mins in on this coffee. So I followed the guy in. I wait, and wait, and wait AND WAIT. Finally I'm asked by a manager "Is everything all right? ". Oh course I instantly said no and now I'm 25 mins into (drive through coffee). I'm given the training new guy excuses and the then they start making the coffees. This was 3 days in a row đȘ and, day three was the icing on the cake. Myself and others will no longer be using this location. Seriously needs...
   Read moreToday, May 5, 2024, I used the drive thru and was parked. I sat for over 10 mins watching car after car get food. I then went inside after 15 mins and asked about my food. An employee said they were working on it and then told me that's how long the food takes. Finally, I got my food and drove home to find almost everything was wrong. 7 nuggets in a 10 piece Quarter pounder - was a double and nothing on it, but cheese Frys - beyond cold as if they put them in 15 mins before food was ready. I drive back with the food and just asked for my money back. A woman who was pulled over in the drive thru while I was waiting was complaining about not getting her food either. The same person behind the counter did not care or apologize to either one of us. Instead, he talked under his breath and made excuses for why it's not his fault. I could go on about the other people complaining or getting the wrong food as well.
Their were employee goofing off in the doorway. The place was a hot mess and I wish the owner could see or know what's going on.
I left went and ordered food elsewhere and was driving home...

The one has brown we did get was oil logged like it was sitting in a pool of oil fryer oil . Someone ended up sick from that hash brown alone..puking in the unity parking lot from this McDonaldâs. Spent over $20 on food that not even one person got their full order ⊠whoever they have running this place as a shift leader or manager on Saturday morning today needs to be fired for allowing that food go out the window and forgetting half of our order. Unfortunately we had appointments to get to and were unable to go back and make our appointments on time so we pretty much threw $20 out the window. Save yourself and go to a different McDonaldâs unless you want to throw up your food and or not receive more than...
