Since the last time we ordered, we ordered again today and low and behold the order was wrong...Heather took the order right bc I have the receipt....It is the cook. So, steak sub no mushrooms, no sweet oeooers... guess what's on it...mushrooms and sweet peppers. My husband is allergic so I am so glad we opened it up...had to throw it out..Cheeseburger perris plate...no cheese...this is literally every time we have ordered from there. We paid with a gift card bc of the last time. While my husband was there waiting, don't you know they got a call about a person's pizza and wings being wrong...If nothing changes why would I want to keep ordering here? I am uploading pics. Last week my brother got slices... we were eating and the middle of the dough was raw..This is ridiculous

**OLD REVIEWHorrible. We ordered a pizza a couple weeks ago, it was overdone and little toppings for what you get charged. We call to talk to the manager, was placed on hold and no one ever came back. Today we ordered perris plates. Way too expensive for how they mess them up. No meat sauce on one ( ordered extra and charged for it). I ordered a cheeseburger and fries, thbuney made a mini looking Perris plate (and charged for a plate) We call and they want us to go back up there. No thanks. Then they want to give us a credit for the store. No thanks. We will not be ordering from here anymore. We see if we can get them to deliver the hot sauce considering they messed it up, they say over an hour wait. Not to mention literally waiting over 50 minutes on a pickup for 2 plates. Places like this are ruining the good Perri's name. If I was Mike Perri, I'd pull it from this place. Hire more staff, get new management,...

If I could give this place a zero I would. Just spoke to whomever calls himself the owner his name is “Hider” after ordering a thick crust Three Stooges pizza online because I’m disabled and very sick so I asked for delivery. Long story short the pizza came with the dough completely uncooked about 3/4 of an inch worth. I was in a Pizza business for 15 years and I know that either the dough was cold or there was just way too much and they didn’t par cook it before putting the toppings on. I simply called to see if they could replace it or put a credit on there after which they put the owner on the phone and he said “Then you shouldn’t order thick crust”. Mike the founder would be ashamed of how that was handled. I’m not trying to pull one over on anybody, I just want a pizza that is actually cooked. The guy was rude, disrespectful and unwilling to literally do anything to replace this disgusting excuse for a pizza. He asked me to come to him like he didn’t believe me. Absolutely sad that this guy is an owner of a pizza shop, he knows nothing about Customer Service and making things right.

I actually signed up for an eyeliner account for the first time thinking that this could be a good place to go but I was way off. I know one of the managers who worked there before and she quit because of this same stuff. Guy was a complete joke both thumbs down without hesitation. DON’T EVER ORDER FROM HERE!!

I came here and ordered a medium pepperoni pizza. The girl (short girl cannot remember her name) took my payment and then proceeded to the back in the kitchen and begun prepping my pizza. Her phone wss on a counter next to her almost eye level, she proceeded to use her ungloved left hand to touch her phone screen and type on it.. Then continued to kneed my pizza dough with BOTH hands... I was so grossed out. I asked the other girl there if she could tell the girl preppig my pizza to please not use her phone while handling my food. This is the only place aside from pontillos that my son can eat the pizza because of his egg allergy. So you could only imagine how worried i was about cross contamination 1 not only because of the germs from her phone but also if she had ate a snack with egg in it and touched her phone and then proceeded to touch my pizza without wiping her phone or hands first it would of been possible to contaminate my pizza with egg and or other food allergens and that could cause life threatening problems for my child and or other persons with allergies or sensitivities. I will be contacting the store. Will probably not bring my services here anymore. Ill stick with pontillos. Oh also the girl caught an attitude with me after being told not to use her phone. Like Im a customer... Youre handling food. How dare you get upset someone asks you to do your...
