My friend and I stopped for breakfast. We ordered blueberry pancakes, a side of bacon and coffee. The pancakes were huge, with blueberries both inside and around the pancakes with REAL organic cinnamon maple syrup. They were just DELICIOUS! The bacon was perfect. Just yummy and crunchy! The owner served us and he was very attentive! He told us he and his brother are getting ready to redo the interior of the restaurant(which is a bit kooky with different plastic tablecloths on each table). He was very friendly telling us about his cooking background and his family’s involvement in a restaurant in Tuckahoe. A quaint bistro serving very tasty panini sandwiches with delicious fillings. I got a basket sandwich with barbecue sauce and cheddar over a toasted ciabbata bread. The brisket was very tender and service was wonderful. Lovely, welcoming and attentive staff. I was biking from van cortland park and we looked this place up. They even helped us find a restroom nearby. It's located in the quaint, charming historic town of Hastings on Hudson. It's a lively area as well as tasty sandwich and salads.
