(First time customer) : When I tried to order for 2 large pies and a bottle of soda (first off it was $50 which is way over priced for that you’re buying) the card i used didn’t go through so we had to try a couple more times with each time THE OWNER got more and more irritated with me and then proceeded to ask me “if I even had any money” in a nasty tone. And then said that I do have money in that card otherwise why would I be making an order, I only had 45 in my account so I told him to take the coke out and it came to around 45 and it went thru, I then told him that I cannot tip because that was all of my money and he said he wasn’t going to send his driver out if I didn’t tip because “it’s not fair to the drivers since they work for tips” as I then said I understand that but I can’t give something I don’t have, I don’t have the money too tip just to place the order and then he started saying “How would I feel” and trying to make me feel guilty and I said “can you just send the order I don’t have the money and I’m paying you for my food” which he then said if I wanted the food I had to come pick it up if I don’t tip ! On the phone with this man for 20 minutes trying to get 2 pies of plain pizza and then he said he would deliver it but would charge me $5 for the tip “once I have the money” and I said whatever and I hung up. AND THEN, the pizza gets here and it’s not even large slices, the pizza was below average tasting, and the price for $25 a large pizza is RIDICULOUS considering if you go to Sleepy Hollow 5 minutes down the street you’ll find 6 better pizza shops in your first ride over there. It’s just insane theyre a new business yet treating their customers like this and demanding tips or no food with their food being so mediocre and way over priced. I never leave reviews in general but this is something I felt like I had to at least share to one person. If you’re that one person reading this than go to Victors Pizza, Casaletto’s Pizza, Mr.Nicks Pizza, Capri Pizzeria, Hollywood pizza and even Main Street Pizza is better than...

I understand that staffing shortages and busy hours can impact service from time to time. That’s something I can be patient and empathetic about. However, my recent experience with Domino’s went far beyond acceptable.
I placed an order that was promised to be delivered in 35–40 minutes, but it ended up taking over 2 hours to arrive. I would have been more understanding if someone had simply picked up the phone and communicated the delay. Instead, my calls were either ignored or outright hung up on, which is completely unacceptable.
I paid for a service that wasn’t delivered as promised, and the lack of professionalism in handling the situation made the experience even worse. If you’re overwhelmed, let your customers know. Don’t just go silent and leave people wondering what’s going on.
Very disappointed in Domino’s as a company. This experience has made me reconsider ever ordering...
Read moreWe recently placed a large order with Dom’s Pizza—over 20 pies and salads—for a group of students, and the entire experience was outstanding. Ordering was simple and efficient, and delivery was done right on time. The pizzas arrived warm, fresh, and delicious, and they were cut exactly as we had requested.
Both students and staff had nothing but compliments about how tasty everything was. Tim, the manager, was a pleasure to work with—extremely accommodating and responsive to all of our needs.
As a school group , we truly appreciate dependable local businesses like Dom’s. We’ve ordered from them before, and we’ll absolutely continue to do so. They’re our go-to...
