Terrible, terrible service! I ordered food in four separate occasions because it is so close to us. The first time was great. Delivery was fast and they got the order right. The second time, I ordered food at 4pm and after many many calls, it arrived to my house at 7:30pm the box was stone cold and soggy, dripping wet because it was sleeting that day and I guess the delivery guy was driving around town with the pizza on the hood of the car. I called to report the conditions of the delivery I received not one apology. The guy told me with a very rude attitude “do you want me to send another pizza?” I responded no. I want a refund. He told me he couldn’t do that that he can give me a free pizza for another day. The third time I called for my free pizza that they said they would give me and again it arrived 2+hrs late. The fourth time my husband called thinking that it would be different because a couple of months had passed by, this time the food arrived in one hr and a half but it was missing half of the order. My husband calls to tell the guy that the half of the order is missing and that we were charged for the entire order and the guys said “I will send you the other half when I can” He LITERALLY SAID THAT! Unacceptable customer service. And their food is NOT GOOD AT ALL. I don’t know the other locations, but the Dobbs Ferry one is not the place to order...
Read moreThis is my second time visiting this place. The first time the pizza and the service were excellent. Today, I went to grab a few slices and unfortunately the service was horrible. The guy at the register was first rushing me and then when I was ready to order he told me to wait (as he took care of another order). I finally ordered, and as I was waiting to pay, he decided to take care of the customer behind me and cash him out. I was in the way, so I asked why didn’t he took care of me first since I was first in line and he said that the other customer was leaving and I could wait.

Read moreCareless and rude! One of our guests chewed on a 1-inch piece of a plastic glove while biting a slice of San Gennaro's pizza (see photo). While this was unfortunate, what was infuriating was the attitude of San Gennaro's staff when I went back to complain: they acted as if I was lying. They kept asking if I bought the pizza from there (I did) and whether it was delivered (it wasn't), and they kept telling me this wasn't their glove, as if they didn't believe me.
