Save the hassle, pizza crust was burnt. Ordered hot wings and I have had medium wings that are hotter than the hot wings.
Service was good.
UPDATE: not sure if it is related to it being burnt but the pizza has no sauce.

Update #2 8/9/2024: The owner replied to the review and not in a nice way stating that it would have taken as much time to call the store instead of writing the review.
If I wanted to call the store and complain I would have but judging by previous reviews it would have been hours before we got it corrected and it likely wouldn't have been correct. Also, there is the old saying that you never know what is going to happen when you send your food back to a restaurant. If the owner wanted to remedy this, they can certainly look back in their computer and contact me directly, they store all customer information.
Its a shame that this type of behavior/results continue to happen in such a small community where everyone typically gets along. Like I said previously, take your business across the street, the owners actually have pride in their business.
Update #3: 8/9/2024: The owner replied suggesting to call the shop to resolve this, I did so and left a message with the lady that answered the phone. Owner decided that it would be best to continue to say that I am the problem instead of calling me back. Once again further proving the point that it would be much better to go to Village Pizza across the way. I have never had an issue with them. I always try to spread my business throughout the local businesses but at this rate, this local business will never get my money again. I suggest going to the local grocery store and getting a frozen pizza and frozen wings. At least you will know the quality is good. Read moreI stopped ordering from here years ago due to declining service. Today... I had no choice as Rosa Villa was closed. We ordered the family meal (24 cut with 24 boneless wings and 2 2liters). The pizza had NO sauce on it and the wings were mediocre at best. My kids were hungry so they ate a few slices. My husband and I had 1 each and we could barely choke it down. Called them up to explain the situation. They don't give refunds even though I offered to return the pizza. They offered to bring a 12 cut replacement because between my 4 kids and 2 adults 9 slices were eaten.. so we had 3 additional slices taken away from our replacement. Lady says "well..half the pizza is already eaten.." DUH! Geez I'm sorry my children were hungry and I wasn't going to let them look at the pizza and not eat it. They don't understand terrible quality. The lady I spoke to was so rude about it. That's what we get for not following my instincts. NEVER AGAIN! I'll stick to Rosa Villa. Look at the pics and tell me how the hell 15 slices left is half of 24....
UPDATE: We're at the 1.5 hour mark and still waiting for our "replacement". Said 45 minutes...
UPDATE 2: Just called and the lady in charge was like "oh, well our drivers are still out delivering, so we'll just give you partial credit for your order". Stellar customer service guys.. insert sarcastic eye roll here. I said okay and she hung up, no other spoken words from her. WHOEVER YOU ARE, YOU NEED TO LEARN BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

Read moreReceived a menu in my mailbox so I figured I'd try it. Delivery time was long...about an hour, but I didn't mind. We'd ordered from there about 5 times. I called one night and they said they didn't deliver to my address. I told them I ordered from there 5 other times and the night before. The delivery driver (who was a rude girl) told me they must have made a mistake! I said 5 times they made a mistake?! I told her she was mistaken and she said listen Honey and proceeded to yell over me. I asked her to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager! Then had the nerve to hang up on me. That might be their problem having a deliver driver "ACT" as the manager! She has no right dealing with the public...She def hurts their business. Extremely rude and unprofessional....I feel sorry for the new owners that are trying to get business. They have a rude person working for them who has no idea what the word customer service means.
