Not a good experience. Walked in at about 1:00 pm to order a burger and fries. Only one person ahead of me, waiting for their food. No one working the register to take orders. Workers in the back busy filling drive-thru orders and making fries is all I could see, as the new remodel design blocks the customers view (and also prevents employees from seeing new customers at the counter). Stood there waiting, woman making fries looked up and saw me, but made no contact. After a minute or two, same woman brought the other customers food to him, again clearly seeing me standing there, and proceeded to go back to the cooking area. Again, not a word said to me or any kind of communication. Another girl, working the drive-thru also saw me, but also made no contact, or told anyone else that there was a customer at the counter. Another customer came in, and after a minute wait, began to use the kiosk to place her order. a few minutes later a third customer came in, saw us standing there and asked if we were in line or just waiting for our food. I replied that I had been there a good 10 minutes and hadn't been served yet, and the other customer said her order was in, but hadn't seen anyone come to the counter since she had been there. I left since it was obvious that walk-in customers meant nothing to them. A key rule to customer service is to at least greet or acknowledge all customers, and if it's busy, at least let them know they will be served as soon as possible. Read moreI can guarantee this will be the worst experience of your fast food life. This location makes its own hours for everything. You can never count on them to be open regardless of the time of day. If they are open its likely only the drive thru that is open. They also will turn off Mobile ordering to reduce their foot traffic and give off the appearance of being closed. You will never get through the drive thru in any less than 25 minutes likely closer to 40. They will get your order 100% accurate maybe 5% of the time and only if you make 0 modifications to your order. If they mess up your order, the lobby is probably closed so you will need to go through the drive thru again. After another 30 minutes while most of your food gets cold they might get your order right. But they wont give you the missing items at the first window to reduce the amount of waiting they force you to wait all the way to the second window again to get the missing items. And dont you dare come for breakfast the last 30 minutes of breakfast time. They will do any shady thing they can to not cook breakfast after 10am. I have been in line at 10:10am. Seen the person in front of me order breakfast and pull forward and then tell me the system just went down and they have to close. Then i sat in the parking lot and watched them open back up for lunch at exactly 10:30am. This has actually happened to me twice in that exact sequence. Read moreUsually this McDonald's is a fun place to go where the kids can eat and then play at the playland. However, this time I was pretty upset with the service and the look of the place. It wasn't busy when we got there, only 3 other customers and yet it took almost 20 minutes for us to get our food. There were 3 employees behind the counter that weren't being professional at all. One was eating next to the food, another was on her phone the entire time and barely glanced up, and the last one kept poi ting at people and laughing with his co-worker. Once we finally got our food and went to sit down almost every table was dirty and sticky to the point where i had to dig around in my bag for baby wipes to wipe everything down before we could sit and eat. After eating the kids went to go play in the tunnels and once they came out they were completely filthy, I'm talking black hands and knees and really sticky. Isn't there a way to clean the playland tunnels? It can not be healthy for children to be playing in them if its that dirty.
All in all i was not impressed by the service, the employees, or the look of the place. If my kids didn't love this place so much then I'd never go back. Its bad enough that we go maybe once a month. Lets hope next time its cleaner with better...
