McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Hamburg

Let me give everyone the real scoop about this place. If you don't know much, just visiting, maybe you are treated ok superficially. Maybe nothing goes wrong much. Or is not too bad. The rest of the employees are ok, at least, even great really, here. If anyone has ever delt with a great head manager, different than this place. Way different! But I frequented here 2, 3 years. And ran across severe issues. This place is especially bad. Who makes it so?... Head manager. Rest of managers and employees were good to me, excellent in fact. Head manager who works here is horrible. Absolute villain. Yells at little kids there for nothing. Terrorizes new employees (ya know, the unfair boss from hell, for example, and I understand someone needs to train new employees or show them stuff, but whip them like slaves?) And treated me with vast disrespect. I am a person, a human being. And a customer. He needs someone to answer to, a boss or owner to correct or punish him perhaps, if he doesn't do right and is wrong with a customer...He always gives you a bad attitude too. Who is the owner? Does or did anyone else have a bad experience(s) here too? Does the owner know the manager here is bad? Maybe complain to owner. The name of the particular employee whom grieved me so is named Terrance...A small, ugly, disrespectful fellow who treated me especially rudely. I don't often complain about anyone or anyplace, even if somewhat bad, but this individual was so especially repugnant, I remember his bad attitude and behaviour, without cause, against me very well. Aggressive and evil, not prompt, kind, or even decent. Are there dead bodies buried in his back yard as well? Really, I have to wonder. Some managers abuse their power at places, and do not belong in customer service. This is one such place with one such Napoleon wannabe. Where is the owner? Does owner know this manager is behaving abhorrently towards customers? Correct him please. Not just attitude. Incorrect behaviour. This is customer service, not Neapolitan empire wars in Europe or wherever. Ok? Hey! I just wanted coffee and hamburgers at a peaceful hangout, and cool friends, not an immature power mad employee abusing his position and...

"Our mcflurry machine is down" seems too be the popular phrase when i come thru the drive thru. I come here occasionally in the morning too get coffee when tim hortons is backed up. My coffee was cold. I asked for a large BLACK coffee double cupped and they put cream and sugar in it? Like what? Everytime i come here im waiting at the very least 5 minutes in the drive thru. Even for a sweet tea. They dont have the 2 for 2.50 deal because the owner is probably neglecting the location like the workers neglect there personal hygeine. I had a drive thru worker hand me food with an open bleeding wound on his finger. Ive had to drive back around and get my correct order at least 50% of the time i have been there. There dining room gets cleaned maybe 2x a day. There tables are always dirty and there workers are the most bitchy people ive ever met like you work at mcdonalds. Shut your broke ass up and give me my food. 15$ an hour my ass. If i was in charge youd get paid the 2012 minimum wage of 7.25 an hour until nobody makes a mistake with the orders. I refuse too give that location my buisness until at least one of the workers gets there ged/ high school diploma. Its getting out of hand. How hard is it too slap a meat patty on a bun and throw some onions ketchup and mustard on it. If google had a half a star rating id forsure rate it that. The only time this establishment seems to be on track is during the night shift. From about 9 -11 pm ive never had problems with that time frame. But all other times is just slower than mollasess and your order is almost guarenteed too be wrong. I remember going there as a kid. Maybe i was too young too pay attention but it was alot quicker, and cleaner and more accurate then now. This building should either be demolished or they should do a complete overhaul of management. I don' often buy my kids but I took her after an appointment. I asked for the caramel frappuccino coffee and the guy said(big manager man) that they couldn't do none of them or shakes. Okay. I ordered the happy meal of four nuggets and her fries and small fries for me and cheeseburger. When we went to pour our drinks it was disgusting everything spilled, floor was all sticky like no one care. We grab our order and sat down and this is how our meal looked. I got up and show them the nuggets and asked if there is a way to have others that were not fried in OLD OIL. The employee said let me ask, he ask the manager(big man) and said no I can give you a refund. I told him yes for the refund because I am not giving that to my daughter. As I am waiting for my refund a teenager and her mom walks in and order from the tablet not to the cashier. One thing of the order was a shake and it was given, no excuses. My daughter 7yrs old made the comment in the car that she saw the girl had a shake after he said they...
