They've been exceptional at getting our orders right and are very accommodating, even when adjustments are needed. It's the overall energy and enthusiasm of the staff that truly sets this Starbucks apart, making it a delightful place to visit.

We now make it a point to go inside because we enjoy interacting with everyone. It feels like a small joy in our day to be greeted by faces that are becoming familiar. 3/12/25 at 10:40am. I NEVER write reviews but I just have to vent regarding this very poor experience. I went in to the store to use the bathroom & order a hot chai latte. First of all, the first bathroom I tried to use did not have a working lock on the door so I had to use the other one. When I went to order, there were multiple staff talking to each other and no one else waiting in line. They failed to even acknowledge my presence for a good minute. Finally a woman stated someone else would be with me soon. The very busy cook came over and took my order and did a good job multitasking. I moved down the counter to wait for my order (and waited and waited) while the drive thru & pick up customers appeared to get very efficient service. After several minutes I moved back toward the registers trying to get one of the 6 or 7 staff members to acknowledge my presence. Crickets. Nothing. Finally, after several more minutes, one of the staff asked if I was being helped. I said I was waiting for my chai latte. She said I should move toward the end of the counter at which point a different staff member said that my order was on the counter near where the mobile orders are picked up. I said that no one said my order was ready or called out “chai latte”. Very frustrating! Never going back to that location and very possibly any Starbucks. Great product. Lousy service...

This Starbucks is hands-down the most pathetic excuse for a coffee shop I’ve ever stepped foot in. The staff act like listening and following basic instructions is rocket science, and the manager—who’s supposed to set the bar—is just as useless, if not worse. Honestly, a group of toddlers could run this place with more accuracy and professionalism.

I didn’t ask for anything complicated—I ordered a bag of coffee. Somehow, these geniuses still managed to screw it up. That’s not just incompetence, that’s willful stupidity. Add to that their smug, condescending attitude, and it’s downright insulting. Being treated like garbage while they repeatedly fail at the most basic tasks is a level of absurdity that borders on comedy.

Out of all the Starbucks in the area, this one is the bottom of the barrel—the absolute dumpster fire of coffee shops. I wouldn’t trust this crew to pour a glass of water, let alone make a latte. Starbucks should be embarrassed to have their name on this location. Honestly, I hope this store shuts down sooner rather than later, because it’s a complete waste of space.

I’d rather drive 10 miles out of my way than endure this circus of incompetence again.
