
Hamburg Honda - Exceptional Service!
I purchased a new Honda Pioneer 700 side-by-side from a dealer in the North Towns back in 2021. Over the summer mice destroyed my wiring. I called the dealer. My call went to voicemail. I left a message but did not hear back from them. I went on their website and filled out a service request but again after several day, I heard nothing. I then called again and spoke with a gentleman who was very pleasant and took down my information. He told me someone would get back to me later that day or the next day. I waited a week and was never contacted.
I then called Ashley at Hamburg Honda. She set up an appointment and they picked up my Honda three days later.
Ashley called me the next day to inform that the wiring in my Honda was totally destroyed by the mice and needed to be replaced. (I thought that might be the case going in.)
She gave me a fair quote over the phone and I accepted. The job took a few weeks but that was expected due to the winter holidays, needing to order the parts, and a few Western New York snowstorms that shut the area down.
Hamburg Honda dropped my side-by-side off in my driveway on a Friday. On Saturday I went to use my winch but it wouldnāt retract. I called Hamburg Honda but the shop had closed for the weekend. I left a message that the winch was working fine before the new wiring, but now was not. With in an hour Ashley texted me back and asked if they could pick it up that Monday morning.
By Tuesday morning Ashley had gotten back to me telling me that it was actually a bent pin in the winch controls and not the wiring. They fixed it, no charge, and the side-by-side was back in my drive the next day.
I received excellent communication and excellent customer service. The only regret I have is that I wish I had originally purchased the Honda Pioneer from Hamburg Honda instead of the original dealer who seemed to not care...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWow what an Amazing Dealership. I'm from Wisconsin and was traveling back from the main when I discovered my rear tire on my 2014 gold wing was not going to make it back to Wisconsin. I called 6 different dealerships along the way and NO ONE would help us out so we were heading to Niagara falls so I found Hamburg Honda called them and they said as soon as I get into town they would help me out. And boy did they not only did they have a rear tire in stock they also had a front available which I had them put on. Came in around 12:30 and was back on the road by 1:35 wow amazing and the cost was reasonable. If I lived in Hamburg this would be my dealership for parts supplies and work that I couldn't do. A Big thank you goes out to Ashley who made my day the day before by telling me I could come down and get the work done the bike technician David for his great service and the rest of the staff. 5 stars are not enough.
