Very racist shop! Was at West here collision this morning and noticed that 716 cannabis was across the street so I told myself go check it out. I pulled in the parking lot and walked in the girls at the door automatically told me what would I like to buy and gave me options and never even let me know there was a show room after I told them it was my first time being there as I was in the store, talking to the lady at the register another gentleman walked in. Which was a white male as soon as he walked in, they asked him if it was his first time there, and when he replied yes they told him let’s take you upstairs to a show room to see what you would like to purchase. BUYER BEWARE: Feel like I got swindled into buying 2 for 1 deal on the jaunty cartridges. The salesman for Jaunty claimed these were the best carts around. Not only could I not even catch a high, it was gone in 1 day. I go to open the second cartridge, and there is absolutely nothing inside the box. When I go look at my receipt, I see I was charged a $10.40 cannabis tax on my receipt. I have never been charged this tax at any other dispensary before. I call them up and the manager tells me it happens that carts aren’t inside the box, which I understand mistakes happen, but you should be checking your products before handing to the customer. Watch out for their buy 1 get 1 fifty percent off. Last week it was 50 off equal value items today they did the 50 percent off all the 6 dollar items not like last weeks identical purchase losing out on 44 bucks savings for me and the reason I went to stock up. I would of made 2 separate purchases had I known but last week they did it the way I thought they were this time. Would not return and let me repurchase, spent a small fortune there this month.
