Clean, well lit and modern interior - more like a spa than a dispensary! Very welcoming staff who seem to know their stuff when it comes to the products that they carry. Huge variety to choose from - aroma jars for sampling the flower products are on display and prices are clearly visible. Their website is also pretty comprehensive, so you're almost spoiled for choice. They accept cash and cards for payment - a small fee is charged for electronic payments - sales tax is included in the listed prices of products. All told, this is an outstanding dispensary... plenty of parking, very convenient shopping hours and a really pleasant group of people make for a great experience. As a loyal customer of 716 Cannabis, I’m extremely disappointed by my recent experience. I’ve always purchased the MFNY brand concentrates and have given this store all my business. When MFNY was out of stock, an employee recommended Mind Melters shatter as an alternative. Unfortunately, this product was awful—it burned the sides of my brand-new Puffco Peak and was unusable.

I rarely ever return products, but in this case, I brought it back after taking just two tiny dabs out of the half gram, expecting at least store credit. Instead, I was refused any kind of resolution. Other dispensaries would have no problem offering store credit in a situation like this.

This lack of customer service has cost 716 Cannabis a longtime customer. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere...

Don't go here. I shopped here weekly here for about a year and it's just expensive hard to tell what's good. Rude management/staff/owner. Staff has very little knowledge of their product and cannabis in general. And product price to quality is all over the place. I have gone to all of them and Mammoth cannabis on Ohio Street is far and away the best! Best prices best quality and unbelievably amazing staff. far and away stands out Mammoth cannabis. Trust me I have no affiliation with them whatsoever just went in there about a year ago and I will never go...
