We liked Zach. He was very courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and very accommodating.
It’s unfortunate Zach was unable to deliver to us. Hope his wife is doing better.
He called, kept us informed, we were never in the dark. The two associates who met us were very nice. Polite, courteous and knew their job. Meghan and Ray Ann (?) were quite good.
The dealership’s preparation for deliver was quite poor! •Left the vehicle out in the snow •Left styrofoam in the cargo area. •Left the plastic on the inside door handles. •Left the sticker on the front windshield. •Left the sticker on the driver side passenger window. •Left a nice big smudge next to the start button. •We did get a full tank of gas.
We felt animosity from within. As if “you didn’t get it here so we are not going to prep it here”.
The girls changed the license plates. No help from within. The greeter was out there attempting to help but not much of one.
The GM of that location should have made sure the delivery was flawless. Outside o f putting in gas and taking the plastic off the driver inside handle I DO NOT believe they did anything!!
You are all West Herr. What the hell.
Again, we have nothing but compliments to Zach, Meghan and Ray Ann. Never met a single one of them until we met Zach and then the girls.
I will be bringing our new one out to have our running boards put on from the one we turned in. Zach and I will work that out.
If you speak with the GM of Amherst please tell him we were not happy at all.

It was a pleasure meeting one of your vp a few weeks. I have been a loyal West Herr customer all the way from Brooklyn, New York since 2012. I think it is important for you to know that I do not hesitate to drive six hours one way for both service and sales. I have brought my girlfriends vehicle for service as well. (She used to think I was nuts for driving to Buffalo for my cars and service...she is a believer now!) I do not buy cars anywhere else, and when I have made the mistake of bringing vehicles to Advantage Chevrolet in Brooklyn, for example, I usually end up driving up the following weekend for real West Herr service as they often misdiagnose or do not fix the problem.
I must give a huge shout out to your Used Car Sales Manager John Foster at West Herr Ford of Hamburg. John has been taking care of me and my family for years and I do not go anywhere else and would never do business with anyone else. He is a gentleman and he does honest business. Your customers are in perfect hands with John. If I could recommend him for the topmost position in your dealerships, I do so without hesitation.
We could really use West Herr quality and service down here in Brooklyn. I would implore you to consider acquiring dealerships in the Tri State area. I predict you would do great business here, as all of our dealerships are horrible.

But peter called me to see if there is anything else I'd be interested in or a similar vehicle to what I was looking at. I gave him a few ideas. He had a few vehicles available for me to drive and the first one He put me in, I fell in love with. He got me the BEST deal possible. I don't think I ever bought a car so fast in my life, the whole process, was so smooth, and stress free. Then we dealt with jared, that helped us get the extended warranties and explained everything and then some to us over and over so we could fairly understand. Then there was Kyle who made the buying process So easy, my insurance company easy and my plates from my other vehicle Were already on my car before I got there. Kyle showed me all the gadgets and how to use my car and he even programmed my phone to the bluetooth. Meanwhile frank popped in to say hello and make sure everything was running smoothly, and to thank us for our purchase. However, I did have my elderly aunt with me and they were so patient and kind with her and answered every question she had, and if they didn't know they got someone else to find the answer, whatever it was, they went above and beyond and I can't explain how well everything just fell into place.
