I called about the availability of a product because every week there is less and less flavors available. I kindly informed the guy that the flavor selection is pushing me to other stores despite convenience, he acted like he didn’t care. I asked to speak to a manager, turns out he was the manager! The only solution he provided was to “come in”. Come in for what, a product you are out of? I don’t know what kind of business is being run here, but this is completely unprofessional. I do not plan to return here because of the professional misconduct of this manager specifically. This happened at approximately 9:45pm on 5/24 and I did call the camp rd location. Whatever manager is scheduled tonight should be fired for having so little care for your business. He is going to be the downfall of it if you don’t get rid of him. Zero customer service presence, no desire to actually help the customer, no alternatives suggested. If your “managers” cannot navigate simple customer service practices, they shouldn’t be managers. If your employees cannot respectfully navigate conversations with customers, they shouldn’t be employees.

I’ll check in on this review in a few days in case you wish to reach me. You have a great selection of other products and I’d be happy to continue my patronage, but only if you fix this problem. I use to go there all the time and never had problems with the employees. Then they hired a new guy and he over over charged me 20 dollars the first time and I didn't realize till I got home so I just let it be. Then I go in there for a vape and the same guy tells me they only have 2 vapes left. So I buy one get out to my car and they vape it completely burnt out like someone was smoking it. So I take it back in and tell the employee I want a refund. Then he says they have all these others flavors they didn't have a minute ago. Will never go...

A friend's wife recommended this place near their house when we were taking a break from recording in their home studio. They definitely thought I was a copper when I walked in cuz I was anxious but they were super super polite regardless of my terribly not chill first impression, where me as a jittery awkward mess after working on a creative task for 6 hours left me repeatedly talking about their Roomba.

We hit it off in the end though 🤣 sorry for that! You guys did everything right, and your prices...
