So to be fair, I've had a couple people at the window who were absolutely delightful, (like a young man named Nick, and a young woman who I didn't catch her name, but she was all smiles). ... But more often than not I get slow, crappy service, by people who'd rather be on their phone, or just clearly don't wanna be at work. Sometimes the product tastes good. Sometimes it's horrible. My father has had nothing but bad experiences there. Today I went through and when I paid, the woman gave me my change with a receipt, which I said " no receipt please". She responded with " it comes with a receipt,... If you don't take the receipt, you don't get the coffee". I rolled my eyes and said " this is the first time I've had someone say that", as I always refuse the garbage receipt. No she wasn't kidding. She was serious, and unpleasant. It was Labor day and she seemed like she was just unhappy to be there. The lady was the one who looks maybe late 40s to early 50s, long dark hair, with a bunch of tattoos. She is very unpleasant to deal with and ruins the joy of getting a treat. I drove away thinking I should have just asked for a refund. I wrote corporate, and hopefully they'll look into it, but as of now I won't be going back there. They've lost...
Read moreWe keep trying to give this Dunkin’ Donuts a chance but the service is really not great. The kids/ employees are always goofing off, it takes a solid 10 minutes if not longer to get our food (with no line- there was 1 other car ahead of us) and that’s after several people come to the window and ask us what we’re waiting on. Today we had paid for 2 donuts and they tried to only give us one bc they didn’t have any more of that specific kind. Didn’t even offer to let us pick another kind- we had to ask. The food, once we got it, was pretty good. But this place needs to hire people that actually know how to provide good customer service. Read moreThe need more staff there. I waited at the drive thru window for 8 minutes and still hadn’t even had anyone come take payment for my order, which was 2 cups of coffee. Nothing complicated. They were so busy doing to-go orders that the people actually there got ignored.
Places like this shouldn’t even do to-go orders if they don’t have enough staff to quickly and efficiently serve the people who are actually there.
Ended up driving off without my 2 cups of coffee because I just didn’t have...
