The Farmer's Table — Restaurant in Town of Hamlin

The Farmers Table caterered my wedding and they were phenomenal. I’m not from Hamlin, but we love to come here on vacation and decided we would have our small wedding here. Guy the Chef was amazing and accommodating, he answered all my questions and was patient while we tried to figure out what menu items we wanted. He delt with the back and forth and didn’t mind when we stopped in for lunch to try the food and meet him for the first time. The food is better then any wedding food i’ve ever had. He uses fresh ingredients and you can tell how experienced he is. Even the pans of side dishes were perfect, each one a carefully crafted masterpiece. Small restaurant with some bar seating and approx 20 tables. We got there just before they really got busy. Fast service, nice staff and of course good food at reasonable prices. We ordered 2 of the Zucchini French toast and the eggs and hash plate. Both were excellent. Will definitely be back! 11.2.25 Came back for another breakfast: I had the sausage/gravy and biscuits (2 eggs over easy on top, additional $) were very good! My wife had the potato pancakes with scrambled eggs and black bean patty. She said the eggs were great and the patty delicious, however would not recommend the potato pancakes as they were very salty. Were also not really crispy except for the very edges. Sorry to be that person but, the food was cold, pancake was raw in the middle and the waitress never asked us how we were doing, she seemed stressed and forgetful. I didn't have the heart to say anything bad because I know businesses are suffering, and have shortages due to The Covid crisis. The world has turned it's back on God and as a result, everything is crumbling around us. Please anyone reading this, turn to the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved.
