Pizza Mia Pasta — Restaurant in Town of Haverstraw

Very rude staff, highly unprofessional. Woman went into the pizza place who was a regular customer and wanted something she has ordered before staff refused to give it to her and said we cannot give you that item (cannoli cream) due to food shortage. She had asked to speak with the manager who refused to come face to face with her to speak with her. Then after she said forget it I want a refund they told her she cannot have one for food that’s already made and she she then complained for 5 minutes and then magically out of nowhere they were able to provide her with a refund. Other than there food tasting decent there attitude there sucks and very rude. A customer is always right , however they made that very clear that they are right and she was wrong. The service is friendly, attentive and swift. My first visit was to satisfy a late evening urge for a tasty slice of pizza and I was not disappointed.

My second visit was not as satisfying. I ordered Chicken Parmigiana with Spaghetti and was a little disappointed. The chicken was an over cooked breaded, less than flavorful item. With the addition of several seasonings, the taste improved tremendously. However I still had a problem chewing the chicken. The outer circumference was useful for skipping rocks on a pond. An extra side of sauce is essential.

I decided to chock it up to a bad batch and give the Chicken Parmigiana a second chance. I am sad to say that I was disappointed again. Gladly, I also ordered a Pizza Pie and was very pleased with the quality and taste of the Pie.

I went to this place last night. I ordered me 10pcs of Wings. The wings was fried with old oil. I am pregnant eating this terrible food. I know the chicken wasn’t cooked with fresh oil. There was a French fry underneath the thing of wings. A french fry was in my order nothing but old grease and mind you I only order chicken wings. I only ate two of the wings and my stomach just started hurting. My stomach still hurting this morning. I have never felt like this before I was sweating and felt like I was gonna pass out., This is exactly why I don’t eat out anymore. That chicken was the worse I have ever ate.
