The Manager, was working. I asked her if my granddaughter could have a small spoon so she could sample a flavor that she never had to see if she wanted it. The manger was so rude and unprofessional, she stated with an attitude “we do not do samples “. I asked her that my granddaughter just wanted to see if she liked that flavor. The managers said I am the manager , no samples as per corporate. This is no way to speak to a customer I have worked in retail for 20 years. If this person worked for me she would be out of a job!! This is honestly the most amazing self-serve frozen yogurt place I’ve ever been to! And probably the best 16 handles store in their franchise I’ve seen. Such colorful and happy decor that really made my experience here so much more enjoyable. Also this store is so clean!!! I hate going to a sticky yogurt shop and this is definitely not that. The employees are always sweeping and wiping the countertops and making sure the toppings bar looks perfect and fresh at all times which it definitely has been the times I’ve been here. My family loves going there at anytime of the year, we never sit-down on the run but the environment is great for the space. There is always someone in there getting froyo. The place well lit. It's self served so that part can't suck. The only thing there should have a cut off weight on the scale when it comes to pricing the cups. You can easily spend close to $25 to $30 on a cup if you not paying attention (just guessing) too much calories and sugar at that price. It has a Starbucks feel for young people.
