The food is here is by far one of the more reliable places to get Asian Cuisine. The food is not overly fried or heavily seasoned. We come here occasionally after the dog park visit, and we have yet to be disappointed. The wonton soup is a must have, better than anywhere else I have tried. The prices are also very good. Normally I have something criticizing to say but I genuinely appreciate this place for a cheat night. You won’t feel guilty with the fun of take out. The place is small and there isn’t anywhere to eat if you wanted. The customer service is good, however you will need to wait in your car because there isn’t much room to wait inside and no where to sit. Give it a try. I have been here 3 times and the food is typical take out but the service has been terrible. Every time I ordered for pick up they give the obligatory 25 min and when I got there they started my order so I waited an additional 20 min, and I give restaurants an additional 10 min after what they state cause I know it can be busy at times. This time, and my last time, I put my order in 30 min and got there 45 min after and waited for an additional 15 min while they were making my order. I paid and left and when I was 2 blocks away from my house they called me and told me that they gave me the wrong order and to return it. So I returned the order they gave me and waited another 10 mins for my order and was told sorry. Never going back, typical take out but lots of headaches...

This establishment is clean, welcoming and consistent. However, I came across a customer service representative that insisted either I get something I don’t eat or the can soda I didn’t desire. Why? Because she did not want to do the extra work in her POS system to substitute my requests. When I asked if she can administer ketchup and hot sauce on my fries (in which they have done plenty times before), the representative denied my requests and told me “we are different, not what you are use to” I took it highly offensively, however, responded with a simple okay.
