I am actually in the store now writing this review after being told to go to Rockville center when the two young counter ppl refused my return service. They were so rude voices started to elevate. The story is, I came in to do a return with my 8 year old in tow. I stopped after entering to talk to my son and let one customer ahead of me. The young lady got my attention by waiving for me to come while saying next in line. I held a hand up signaling her to wait as I finished talking to my son. She had the worst eye roll and tart comment when I came to the counter and immediately over talked me as I spoke. This led to me tell her it was impolite that you not acknowledge me talking to my Son. I had to bring up the scan code and place my packages on the counter, I simply wasn’t ready and I was the only person there after I let the woman ahead of me go first. That’s when she walked away and her coworker told me they would not service me PRIOR to me giving a speech about how rude they were. Anyway, this is the part where hardworking neighborhood ppl suffer the bad attitudes of poor behavior in a business front. Every time I opened my mouth to speak she over talked and walked away as I replied. Her coworker (photo ) played captain save-a for her like the married in the back room last week. The owners need to attend to this horrible service ASAP because She had the worst attitude I’ve have ever seen and it’s sad. And a special note to the owner: SHE SAID GO TO ROCKVILLE CENTER SO QUICK AND DISRESPECTFUL THAT I WOULD BET EVERY DOLLAR I HAD THAT SHE SAID IT WAY TOO MANY TIMES FOR HER TO EVEN REMEMBER!!! They are the worst representation of your company, and I employ you to immodestly retrain them both or remove them from the public front of your store. I’ve been there too many times to be treated as if I am their footstool. If you can review the footage starting at my entry it would should her body language that you could pair to my narrative and how the young man walked away when I asked to not be serviced by her. I had an urgent need to ship two laptops and confidential documents to a colleague in another state but didn’t have access to our company shipping account and couldn’t pay out-of-pocket.
Despite this challenge, the staff — a kind and resourceful young woman and a helpful new team member — quickly came up with a smart solution. They guided us through the process, ensured the packages were properly prepped, and kept things moving smoothly, all while managing other customers with professionalism and warmth.
Everything was handled with kindness, efficiency, and smiles. I truly appreciate their dedication and problem-solving mindset. Highly recommend this location!
