The backyard wins in my book. Giant screen telly out here and all. I haven't had my wings yet but I'm sitting comfy, salivating over dem wing smells coming from the open kitchen.

The bartender on this visit is a friendly, mature gentleman. Sue is super cool when she's here during the day. Regulars may give you a bit of a stare when you come in but just win dem over with your flashlight, gemmy smile. Been coming here since 2015 and now in 2019 I don't know why I ain't considered one of the regulars yet?! Come on guys! What's up? Lol. Maybe I need to stop coming sporadically.

Overall, I enjoy CMs, boderline dive but not quite.

Update: The jerk wings are straight from hell, hot, hot HAWT! The honey garlic was swimming in sauce but tasted fine (forgot to take pics of those). Both were served with blue cheese and celery...

Charlie Meaney's is amazing! A KJ (Karaoke DJ) friend of mine Dave, recently got a karaoke gig here for Saturday nights. I've gone with my boyfriend's mom a few times. I actually get along with her we are like two peas in a pod sometimes.

The atmosphere for is so much fun for now. I don't know how it will be in the winter. Dave sets up karaoke outside, I guess in the winter they'll let him in maybe. The lights outside, the fun that karaoke brings at times, the good company of people I know through karaoke, it all feels like magic at charlie meaney's.

I don't drink, my standard has become to order the mexi-cali nachos without chili. They are so delicious. Cheesy, crispy, fun to dip in sour cream and salsa like munching on a crunchy, deconstructed quesadilla.
