THIS HAS TO BE THE FLAGSHIP. I caught a late night movies at Regal theater, directly across the street, and my friend and I decided to get a sweet treat. Now I’ve been to many of cold stone before , in and out of town, BUT! This has to be the flagship store! The amount of flavors and topping is INSANE!!!!!!! Upon order at 11pm at night, I counted 40 different flavors of ice cream. To add to our heart attack there was a PLETHORA OF TOPPINGS and Bowls I haven’t seen anywhere else. Now I was in the mood for chocolate and cherry and asked for cherry toppings. Just when I thought I was in cold stone ice cream heaven, I was granted access to the upper echelon of experiences when the cashier asked if I wanted cherries OR CHERRY PIE FILLING!!! (my eyes widened, I know they widened lol). So along with all those toppings you never see stacked at most cold stones, they have a nerve to have a secret menu of toppings (please ask) . I had cheesecake ice cream, chocolate brownie, cherry pie filling, with graham cracker crust ( A GOD DAMN DREAM!) . The pie filling was soo good, a must try!! The service was great, they store is open late, and located conveniently at five corners in Lynbrook. This place is absolutely amazing and an ice cream lovers...

The ice cream is always fresh, creamy, and made to perfection—you can really taste the quality. Their mix-ins are generous, and the custom creations are a blast to build. My personal favorite is the Birthday Cake Remix, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Regrettably, my recent encounter with Cold Stone Creamery left much to be desired. Despite their posted operating hours, upon my arrival to pick up an order, I witnessed an individual who wasn't even stationed at the front hastily close the door as I approached to park. To make matters worst, the staff inside saw my arrival yet still elected to shut the door, leaving me stranded outside in the rain. Despite my attempts to signal the individual closing the door, I was blatantly ignored, despite the clear visibility of my presence directly in front of them. This blatant disregard for customer consideration, particularly when there was no indication of imminent closure, was profoundly unprofessional and left me feeling thoroughly disheartened. As someone seeking to support their business by fulfilling an order, encountering such dismissive behavior was deeply disappointing. I sincerely hope they prioritize enhancing their customer service and communication protocols to prevent similar incidents...
