Earlier today I placed an order for delivery via Uber Eats. Unfortunately Dunkin missed my iced latte and didn't include it with the rest of my order. I was able to get a credit from Uber Eats and I placed a second order for delivery bc I NEED MY COFFEE.
When my 2nd order arrived, I noticed a note with a box of half a dozen donuts. The note includes an apology for the mistake and they've sent me the donuts as a kind gesture. The note is signed by Umer, so I thank them so much for their consideration. Its very rare these days for a restaurant to take the time and care to correct a mistake and I appreciate it very much. We all make mistakes, we're human. Its how we handle that mistake and make it right that matters. Today they succeeded in making me feel like a valued customer. My family and I will enjoy our donuts...
