My boyfriend and I went into the shop at 10:40pm when the shop closes at midnight. When we got there, it was decently busy with people, but all people who already ordered and paid and who were just waiting. We only needed to pay for a package of 4 ice cream sandwiches, so we thought it would be quick. We stood at the cash register without being acknowledged at all for 10 minutes. Two workers were even counting cash in the machine and complaining about still having to be there working (again, over an hour before closing time). One of them finally looked at us just to ask us to let him check out the people behind us for some reason. After he let them pay, instead of helping us, he went back to doing random things and complaining. I had to send my boyfriend to get a new pack at this point because the original one had started to melt. Then, another worker asked for the next customer and completely ignored us again. At this point, over 15 minutes just standing in the shop and being ignored by everyone, my boyfriend asked "can we pay for this here?". The same worker said "yes" while being annoyed and took my card to pay. He never said thank you, and just said "you're good". I asked if the receipt printed and he rudely asked if I wanted one, to which I said yes. He huffed and ran to another machine to print it out.
Overall, it was supposed to be a quick trip just to pay for prepackaged dessert, and ended up being an extremely upsetting 20 minute rude interaction. 1000% not...

He also appeared annoyed when I asked if he knew the difference between two of their ice creams. I tried to just ignore his attitude....After he was done with my order and it was time to ring me up I told him I had a birthday coupon which was for a buy one get one free. I showed him the coupon which was on my gmail account and he said " I dont think it will go through" I asked him kindly if he would like me to log into my actual Cold Stone Creamery account and he said no. He asked me for my email and he wrote it down, walked away and when he returned he said my email isnt coming up. After he asked me DID YOU ALREADY USR THIS COUPON. Mind you, on my email it states that I only recieved the coupon yesterday. So WITH an attitude he says I'll give it to you this time as if hes doing me a favor. The amount of rudeness I received wasn't neccessary and I have been at this location several times and I have ordered cakes from this location and I have never recieved such unfriendly service. For him to ask me if I already used the coupon as if I just walked in an icecream parlour pretending in 9° weather that this is some sort of game was pathetic. For such horrible service I will never return. Read moreI ordered a birthday cake FRIDAY EVENING and by SUNDAY MORNING no one had made it. I’ve been to the Levittown location multiple times on Friday’s and Saturday’s so I know that they have multiple workers in this location on these days; definitely enough that there was someone in an approximately 36 hour time period that could make it. The manager/owner or whoever is in charge really needs to get it together and have a discussion with the workers about what is supposed to get done, as they obviously do not know. They also are very pushy and demand that you move down the counter, even if you are trying to pick out what flavor to get. I get that is helps to keep the line moving, but yelling at people to move down in a nasty tone is not the way to do it. Knowing good customer service skills and how to be patient and polite and how to speak to people is key in working in a place such as this. I have also on multiple occasions heard the workers gossiping about customers in front of other customers, which is totally inappropriate and rude, but I guess that’s what to expect from children. Overall have never really been satisfied with the service, except on a few rare occasions.
