Crumbl — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Well, well, what can I say? If you want crumbly cookies this is the place to go. I took a box of six cookies. All of them crumbled all over my car, but that’s what they are. Crumb cookie is a crumbly cookie of delight as soon as I walked into the door, I could smell the strong scent of confectionery sugar. It filled my nose, like the filling of a Boston cream doughnut Over stuffed. I love that feeling, especially when I feel like I’m suffocating, confectionery sugar. It made me feel like I was the cookie, I felt special. When I stepped in and felt my nostrils open up with the sensational smell the two men at the front go hello sir welcome to crumble. I was like thank you. I’ve been crumbling to meet you guys. They said all right, so what would you like to have and I said what do you guys got any recommendations? They recommended me one of the best most extravagant out of this world cookie you can ever imagine or even put your eyes on they suggested, I take the blue monster and carrot cake cookie. I was like I don’t know what the heck a blue monster is but I’m going to go with that because you guys seem so thrilled with it so I took that chance and I recommend you. I’ll take that chance whenever you want to try something new do it because this is what caused me to write such a amazing review that blue monster was a monster of a cookie so crumbly so delightful and so delectable and made my ego Crumbl cookie was one hell of a cookie. That’s the cookie that I dream about when I go to other cookie places actually I went to butter cookie and ask for the blue monster and they gave me the Sesame Street one. It was nothing like What this Crumbl gave me. this Crumbl cookie deserves all the best words I can get because those two men I believe one of their names were Josh, but I don’t remember I could be wrong. He was so kind and he suggested all the best ones. He deserves a lot of recognition. I think he deserves a Michelin star that guy is a star himself thank you Joshua if you are reading this if your name actually is Joshua, thank you to you guys! I even went and told my friends about it so I hope they come and visit you guys in the coming days. Thank you so much for everything you have done to change my life into the man I am today. I guess about a year ago my daughter brought home her first pink box of Crumbl and OH MY GOD is an understatement now don’t tell my mom and I’m sure late grandmothers understand but I have never tasted cookies like these in my life! Ya know how ppl make that Christmas crack saltine dessert thing that is so addicting but so ridiculously amazing … Crumbl beats that by 1000000!! And my grand mothers and my mom make/made like bakery worthy cookies sooo oooey and gooey….crumble with the ever changing weekly menu, although annoying when u find that cookie that you want for like the next three months and next week it’s not available like for instance rn the day after Christmas when I found that sugar cookie that is just perfect in every way and it’s 5:30 in the morning am and I’m feining for it …. WHY GOD WHY is it not available rn!!! It’s only the day after Christmas lol but ofc I still ordered and the famous chocolate ones will absolutely make sue but finger crossed the sugar ones come back soon!!! I love Crumbl and no bakery I’ll ever compare…. The Levittown store is always so clean, the staff is always so friendly and welcoming if you haven’t tried the newest addiction yet….this is one addiction. I would recommend to everyone and their mother!!! Your mother may just end up trying to recreated their perfect cookies bc she knows it’s better than hers…. I went in to order the 3 pack and when I went to enjoy a cookie in the evening there was one cookie that they got wrong. So I called and they told me I could come back to the store and bring back the wrong cookie and they would give me the right one. I asked them because of the difficulty and inconvenience if I could get an extra cookie for their mistake not just what I paid for. This would be a big inconvenience, as my mom is epileptic and it is very difficult for me to go back out again and leave her unattended. The manager Lauren told the staff that I was speaking with on the phone that she couldn’t do that so I then asked to speak directly with her. They put me on hold for 20 mins so I finally hung up and called back, for them to now tell me that she stepped out of the store.

I was told I would get a call back before they closed and I wasn’t called. Poor customer service and a bad business decision that cost them a customer and many more of my friends and family.

I love supporting the businesses locally as I did this one being a very loyal repeat customer, but they cut there nose to spite their face. Never again will I step foot in their store or give them business.
