I have been a loyal customer of this Dunkin’ Donuts location for over 15 years, often stopping in for coffee during the week and occasionally on weekends. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
Today, my 11-year-old son urgently needed to use the restroom when we stopped in. I informed the cashier that I was purchasing coffee and asked if my son could use the restroom. She smiled, told me it was closed, and directed me to another employee. That employee, who was taking out the garbage, also denied access—explaining that the restroom had just been cleaned.
At this point, my son was in visible discomfort. I politely explained that the store was still open for business and asked why the restroom was closed two hours before closing time. Both employees repeatedly deflected responsibility, telling me to ask the other for approval.
When I requested to speak to the manager, I was given no clear response. As a long-time customer, I was shocked and upset to be treated this way. I understand businesses may need to limit restroom access in certain situations, such as for safety concerns, but this was not the case here.
I have supported this location for many years, but after this experience, I will no longer be returning. This kind of treatment toward loyal customers—especially a child—is...
Read moreJust had an extremely rude interaction from the staff here. Ordered a hot coffee with 3 pumps of unsweetened blueberry, 3 stevia and almond milk. received my drink and noticed the label was incorrect so I took sip and politely waited on the side to ask an employee if they could add the correct amount that I ordered in my drink. The man behind the counter was very aggressive, told me the drink was correct despite the label and that I shouldn't be asking for changes without tasting it first (I did). When I took another sip and clarified I'd really like more of the flavor I asked for, he was extremely nasty and told his female employee to pour the whole bottle in my drink instead. I am very polite to service workers and not sure where this level of aggression came from but the manager here may want to consider more customer service training. I'm usually here 1-2x a day and have never had a bad staff interaction before (they're usually quite nice) so not sure if this was just a horrible day for said employee or not but will definitely be going to the other Dunkin across town...
Read moreWorst Dunkin ever, I literally bought 2 Halloween cups and the munchkin bucket for my 4 year old daughter and wife yesterday, I realize the next morning that the cup I got for my daughter is defective and doesn't close and leaks everywhere. I went back to exchange the cup for the exact same one and the employees tell me we can't make that decision the manager has to be here ? Are you kidding me after spending over $60 that day the employees need a manager approval to exchange a cup for the same one? Is dunkin this serious and how can an employee be so nervous to make a decision because they said they can get In trouble by the manager. Must be a really good work...
