After charging me a MANDATORY 3.99% for "Customer Experience" (which I'm pretty sure is illegal to enforce), they forgot the cheese on my breakfast sandwich, forgot to add the grape jelly on my daughters roll with cream cheese AND didn't bother to say "your welcome" when I thanked them. Which made the MANDATORY FEE even more ridiculous. Decent food. But...

The driver is very rude the staff in my school order every day the driver rush the people & have a rude attitude if you dont like your job quit this place will no longer get my money when I asked the person who answered the phone for the manger he stated he is not there & no way to locate him the caller was rude also they need training on how to be...

I love me some Hermans.... i have order here for years good food. My favorite is cordon blue chicken cutlet supreme salad.if i had a complaint is placing an order they leave you on hold forever they need more people answering calls.besides that the food...
